TempMailer provides free temporary, disposable email addresses. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the service. We keep it as minimal as we can.

1. Information we don't collect

• No account, signup, name, phone number or real email address is required.
• We do not ask who you are.

2. Information we handle

• Temporary address: the random address generated for you.
• Received emails: messages sent to your temporary address (sender, subject, body) so you can read them in your inbox.
• Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and request time, used for security, abuse prevention and keeping the service running.

3. How long we keep it

Temporary addresses and the messages received on them are kept only until the address expires, after which they are deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

4. How we use information

• To deliver emails to your temporary inbox.
• To protect the service from spam, abuse and attacks.
• To maintain and improve the service.

We never sell your information and never share it with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when the page loads. Hosting and infrastructure providers may also process technical data on our behalf to run the service.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use only what is needed for the service to work. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

7. Important notes about temporary mail

• Anyone who knows your temporary address can read its inbox, so don't use it for sensitive accounts, banking or anything you need long-term.
• Do not use TempMailer for illegal activity, harassment or spam. We may block abusive addresses or traffic.
• Emails are deleted on expiry and cannot be recovered.

8. Children

TempMailer is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
