Welcome to TempMailer. By accessing or using this website and its temporary email service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About the service

TempMailer provides free temporary, disposable email addresses that let you receive emails without signing up or sharing your real address. The service is for receiving emails only.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TempMailer to:

• Engage in any illegal activity, fraud, scams or phishing.
• Send, or help send, spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Harass, threaten, abuse or harm any person.
• Create fake accounts to abuse, attack or bypass the rules of other websites or services.
• Receive or distribute malware, illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Attack, overload, scrape or attempt to break into the service or its infrastructure.

3. Do not use it for important accounts

Temporary inboxes are public by nature: anyone who knows or guesses an address may be able to read its messages. Do not use TempMailer for banking, government, work, medical or any account you need to keep or recover later. Do not use it to receive passwords or sensitive personal information.

4. Message retention and deletion

Temporary addresses and the emails received on them are automatically deleted when the address expires. Deleted emails cannot be recovered. It is your responsibility to copy any information you need before it expires.

5. Service provided "as is"

TempMailer is provided free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will always be available, fast, secure or error-free.
• Every email sent to a temporary address will be delivered.
• Any particular website or service will accept our email domains.

6. Third-party emails and links

Emails you receive come from third parties and we do not control or review them. They may contain links, attachments or content that are unsafe. Open them at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content of any email or any third-party website.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TempMailer and its owner will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes lost or undelivered emails, loss of access to accounts, unauthorized access to a temporary inbox, or any indirect or consequential damages.

8. Blocking and suspension

We may block addresses, IPs or users, limit access, or suspend the service at any time and without notice if we believe these terms are being violated or to protect the service and its users.

9. Intellectual property

The TempMailer name, logo, design and website code belong to us. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without permission. Emails you receive remain the property of their respective senders.

10. Privacy

Your use of TempMailer is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information is handled and how long it is kept.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
